These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you.
02 What we sell

The programmes are training plans. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy, or a diet prescribed by a dietitian.
03 Payment, delivery, cancellation and refunds
These are set out in full in our Payment & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. It covers:
- how you pay, and the fact that nothing recurs or auto-renews
- when your programme is delivered
- when a refund applies, and how it reaches you
In-home sessions are not bought on this website. They are arranged with you directly on WhatsApp or through the contact form, and the terms for scheduling, moving and cancelling them are agreed with you then.
Please read it before you pay. UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 requires those terms to be clear to you beforehand, and we would rather they were.
04 Your health — please read this one
Exercise carries risk. By buying a programme or booking a session you confirm that you are well enough to take part, and that you have told us about any injury, illness, pregnancy, medication or condition that could matter.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from childbirth, or have not exercised for a long time, speak to a doctor before you start. We are coaches, not doctors, and nothing we provide is medical advice.
Stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Do not push through it.
We are responsible for delivering our service with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for harm that comes from a condition you did not tell us about, or from doing the exercises differently from how they are shown.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where UAE law does not allow it to be limited.
05 What you may and may not do with the programme
The plans, videos and written material stay ours. When you buy a programme you get the right to use it yourself.
- Please do not share, resell, publish or upload the material
- Please do not use it to train other people commercially
- You may of course show it to your own doctor or physiotherapist
If material is shared publicly we may withdraw access, without a refund.
06 If something goes wrong
Write to jaksic.milana5@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us what you bought, when, and what the problem is. We answer within 3 working days and try to resolve it within 14.
If we cannot agree, you may take the matter to the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development or the UAE Ministry of Economy consumer protection service, or to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
07 Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, written in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The competent courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction.
If we change these terms, the version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid. We keep the date and version at the top of this page so you can tell which that was.
