02 The law we follow
We process personal data in line with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, in particular:
- Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL), in force since 2 January 2022, together with the decisions and regulations issued under it
- Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means, which governs selling online
- Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection
- Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes
Under the PDPL our processing rests on your consent, except where the law itself requires or permits us to process data without it — for example to keep accounting records or to answer a lawful request from an authority.
03 What we collect, and when
When you send the enquiry form
The form asks for the following. Fields marked required are the ones we cannot answer you without.

Together with the form our hosting provider records the IP address, browser user-agent and referring page of the submission. This is kept for security and to identify automated spam.
Please do not put health information, medical history or any other sensitive personal data in the free-text field. If your training requires us to know something about your health, tell the coach directly rather than through this form.
When you simply browse
Necessary cookies and technical records that let the site load and stay secure. Nothing that identifies you is sent to any advertising or measurement service before you consent — see section 05.
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone
Clicking the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. From that point the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We keep the messages you send us so that we can answer and follow up.
When you buy a programme online
If online payment is available and you use it, the payment is taken on a page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code. We receive from Stripe only what we need to deliver and account for the purchase: your name, email, the item bought, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
05 Cookies and measurement
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We group ours into three kinds. Only the first kind is set before you choose.

What we record, and when
If you accept, we record these events: a page view; that you reached the pricing section; that you clicked WhatsApp or the phone number; and that you sent the enquiry form. The enquiry event is recorded only when the form is actually sent — not when you start filling it in.
How long Google and Meta keep what they receive is governed by their own retention settings and policies, not by us. We keep our own measurement configured to the shortest period that still lets us report usefully.
Changing your mind
You can change your cookie choice at any time. It takes one click and no explanation.
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, or the button below.
If you choose Essential only, nothing is sent to Meta or Google, and any events recorded while you were still deciding are discarded rather than sent later.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site — including the enquiry form — may stop working.
06 Who else handles your data
We use a small number of outside services to run the site. They act on our instructions, and each is bound by its own agreement with us.

Sending data outside the UAE
All of the services above are based outside the United Arab Emirates, so your data leaves the country when we use them. The PDPL allows this where the receiving country offers adequate protection, or on the basis of appropriate contractual safeguards, or with your consent. We rely on the contractual data protection terms these providers offer and, for measurement and advertising, on your consent.
If you would rather your data did not go to Meta or Google at all, choose Essential only and contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead of the form.
07 Your rights
Under the PDPL you may:
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to restrict or stop processing it
- Ask us to delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it
- Withdraw your consent at any time, which stops the processing that rested on it going forward
- Object to processing, including for direct marketing
- Receive your data in a portable form, or have it sent to another controller where that is technically possible
- Not be subject to a decision made only by automated means that significantly affects you. We do not make such decisions.
How to use these rights. Write to jaksic.milana5@gmail.com and say what you want. We will reply within 30 days. There is no charge. We may ask you to confirm who you are, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may complain to the UAE Data Office, which supervises the PDPL.
08 How we protect it
- The whole site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit
- Enquiries are stored in our hosting account, reachable only with a password by the people who need it
- Card details never reach us. They go straight to Stripe, which is certified to the card industry's own security standard
- The form has a hidden field that automated spam fills in and people do not, so we can discard bot submissions without collecting anything further
No system is perfect. If a breach occurs that is likely to harm you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the PDPL requires.
09 Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Training for a person under 18 is arranged with a parent or guardian, and it is the parent or guardian who gives us the details and the consent. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
10 If you are outside the UAE
We are an Abu Dhabi business and our service is delivered in Abu Dhabi, so UAE law is what governs this policy. But the site is open to anyone, and once online payment is available a digital programme can be bought from abroad.
If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom when you use this site or buy from us, data protection law there may also apply to us. In that case:
- Our basis for measurement and advertising is your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time
- Your data reaches recipients outside your country — see section 06. We rely on the contractual data protection terms those providers offer
- You have the rights listed in section 07, and additionally the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

11 Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects you — for example a new purpose or a new recipient — we will ask for your consent again rather than rely on the old one.
