The summer came, you are ready for vacation! You trying you swimming suit and…oops. Not happy about what you see. Or there is that wedding in a month, everyone is gonna be there… Or you just did your blood test and you see your holesterol and triglyceride are on the roof.
Okay, so you are motivated now, so from tomorrow you are starting strict diet. You will eat only boiled chicken and broccoli, no more any kind of sugar, no more sodas and crisps, no more nothing! Right? Wroong. You will do this for 3 days, and very easy fall back into old routine.
The glimps of motivation is great, and you should use it, but the motivation is not gonna stay there forever.
Discipline might stay though!
You need to look at this journey as a long term thing. As a lifestyile. And it will not be possible for you to change a lifestyle in one day.
The change should not be drastic, the one that you can not keep up with
Let’s start with changing a breakfast. Reducing to one dice of chocolate instead of 300 grams of it. Adding some greens with each of your meals. Adding more water. Changing that soda for sugar free one
consistancy is the key
Find the balance, life doesn’t have to become boring just because you want to lose some weight. You can still enjoy the food.
There is the way, the only thing you need is a proper guidance.
